That Serendra Thingy

After a long time, I was able to go out with my Exclusivo friends again. I missed them so much, it's been awhile. We went to The Fort, we all wanted to go there since summer, finally haha!

My friend, Jhoana just bought her baby Canon, so we were all excited to use it. :)) I was quite the photographer that night, haha! Sky also has her own cam, we've been using it I think since early this year, if I remember it right. It's the one I have in the picture below. :)

Thanks for this great pic Jhoana my friend :))

Sorry for this pic, I was still setting up the cam hahaha!

We were all famished, and after a long search for a place to eat, we decided to have dinner at BonChon.
I think we waited for almost 30 minutes, but it was worth it. The chicken was delicious and the kimchi coleslaw too. Loved it! :))

My friends (L-R) Ice, Marvin, Jhoana and Basha
We were all thrilled when our friend Ice decided to come and meet us. We haven't seen him for more than a year I think, so it was really great to see him again. Join us more often Icey, ayt? :))

By the way, the title of my blog is actually from my friend Marvin, he was so maarte that day. He was again late, he always wants a grand entrance. I was talking to him on the phone, asking where he is, if he's close because we were all starving. He was talking to me in English with a maarte accent, feeling rich kid (private school lang ang peg ng loka!hahaha). And during our conversation, he said "that Serenda thingy", which made us all laugh.

The love birds, Oz and Sky weren't able to eat with us, they were late too because they came from a family event. They had a take-out from BonChon and ate at Bo's Coffee Club while some of us had coffee.

As usual, we had a super duper fun night! We don't do much when we meet. Most of the time, we just chat over coffee, pig out, take pictures, goof around (nice one Basha! :P ), laugh until we cry and of course pose for the camera (good job Oz! haha :P ). That's all, but when you're really with your true friends, even simple things can be really fun and special.  ❤

(L-R) Ice, me, Oz, Sky, Basha, Jhoana took the pic and Marvin was camera shy, haha!

See you again this Saturday my friends,
excited to see Kate, Momi Yumee and baby Blair! ^___^

Toy Romance

A few nights ago, I came across this video in youtube. First, I thought it was a scene from the movie Toy Story, but when I opened the video, it's a short film about an old robot who fell in love with a beautiful doll.

Here it is. :)

So, what do you think? It's a sweet, sad love story right?
Yes, and I cried! For sure you did too, if not you were also touched by their love story.
Who wouldn't?
It's really amazing what love can do to people and what people can do for love.

Love, love love...
Where is the love? Hahahaha :D

Party on the Patio

My aunt celebrated her 80th birthday last month (late post, I know haha!) with friends and family. It was held at Patio De San Jose, a nature resort in Malilipot, Albay
There was a mass, then a program. It was hosted by my grade-schooler-nephew and high-schooler-niece, cute! :) The program was filled with good words about my aunt and fun numbers from my cousins, nephews and nieces.
After the program, dinner was served (my favorite part of the party, haha!) And of course, the picture taking :) There was a photo booth, since we're all picture addicts, we all went there, including our grandma hahaha!

Here are the pictures from the party :)

At our table, with Mama, my cousins Aiko and Mica and my bro Soh.

With Soh,  my cousins ate Joy, Aiko, Mica and Ate Lie
With Aiko, Soh and my niece Den
With my nieces Den and Janine, and Aiko. Sorry for the low quality :(
My cousins and nieces had a "photo shoot", since I was wearing purple too, they asked me to join their "feeling-model" moments, hahaha!

The band started playing after dinner, the place was filled with songs from 70s and 80s. Other guests already left, especially the old ones including our grandma, haha! It's time to parteeeeyyy!

My brother was my dancing partner for the night :)
Mama (in green) and Aiko danced together :)
Can't remember what song we were dancing to ^^
It was really fun dancing to the old songs, but my party buddies and I were waiting for the "now" songs, haha. The party was for the oldies, so NO Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Rihanna or Usher. :((

With Aiko, Soh and Mama, while waiting for our favorite party songs.

It was a fun night! It was great to spend time and party with my relatives.
See you soon my loved ones! ❤
