This is what I wore to the Big Bang Alive Galaxy Tour 2012
at SM MOA Arena last October 24, 2012.
Like what I've said in my previous post, I've prepared for this day, haha :D
While everyone was lining up, my friend Bronx and I were busy taking my outfit pictures.

Sheer Top: St. Francis Square Mall

I've already worn this top, it was during my Aunt's birthday party (Party on the Patio).
My necklace is from Ms. Aisa Ipac's blog giveaway. It was my first win. :))

 Aztec/studded shorts: Bubbles
Mantra bracelets: Mauve
Shoes: thrifted

And of course, my yellow Big Bang baller and crown headband, my outfit woudn't be complete without them :)

I am a VIP until WHENEVER ♛

 "Say B I G to the BANG"
 D-Day: October 24, 2012
SM MOA Arena
Big Bang Alive GalaxyTour 2012
The KINGS, BIG BANG rocked Manila!

My friend Bronx and I have waited for this day to come for almost 6 months. We prepared for this, from the concert tickets, to the fan chants, fan missions, plane/bus ticket for Bronx (she came all the way from Bicol) , concert merchandise (crown headband, light sticks, finger lasers, ballers/bangles), and even the outfit for that day (just me, haha!).

I picked up Bronx first at A.Venue then had lunch at Wendy's. We haven't seen each other for 2 years I think, and I was really happy to see her that day, with that fantastic purpose.

We head out to SM MOA after lunch. Seeing other VIPs, wearing Big Bang t-shirts and crown headband, having crown light sticks, banners and posters made us both more excited. Our excitement that day was beyond the solar system, haha! I was feverish and had a stomachache the night before. I couldn't even eat! OA much?! hahaha :D
We weren't hungry for food, we're hungry for... our loves, Big Bang.

The moment we arrived outside the arena, we looked for the official concert merchandise, but wow! they were expensive! So, we decided to go for the unofficial but cheap ones. Before going around to look for the merchs, we took pictures first with OUR boys. :)

DAESUNG: "Powerful vocals, amazing biceps, super sexy hair flipper, super energetic" - Bronx

TAEYANG: Great performer, with mouth-watering chocolate abs, shirtless dance monster, BEST Fan Service awardee

SEUNGRI: Maknae, charm of the group, attractive vocals and a good dancer, BEST Fan Service nominee, the handsomest in the group (for me) ^ ^

I think, he messed up the bias list of some fans,
they changed their minds when they saw him in person hahaha :D

T.O.P: Crowd favorite, mysterious but playful, with deep sexy voice, oozing sex appeal, perfection

G-DRAGON: Leader, talented, genius, fashionista, total performer, crazy, passionate, King of Swag, Bronx's bias

Then, we went to the mall to buy food and look for cheap concert merchs. While buying the light sticks, we met fellow VIPs and Bicolanas - brought together by Big Bang.

When we came back to the arena, more fans were lining up..

...while Bronx and I...did this haha :D

We had our dinner while we were doing the "penguin walk" (that's what Bronx call it hehe) with the hundreds of fans, waiting for the guards to let us in. "Open the gates please!!"

Finally, we're in!

Scaaary arena!! O.o It was really steep!
Ooops, no more seats :((

We ended up on the stairs, scary, slippery stairs :(

It's okay, we had a perfect view of the whole stage. :))

Waaaahhhhh! Lights off, they started on time, did they? I forgot! haha :D

OH MY GOD!! OH MY GOD!!
I can't remember how many times I said OH MY GOD that night,
 a hundred times maybe, hahaha!
The feeling was so surreal, I even asked my friend to pinch me,
just to be sure that it's not a dream.

"Tonight, such a beautiful night"
"Say B I G to the BANG!!"

Sea of Yellow lights <3

The glow-in-the-dark VIPs, having a blast! :))

This is my favorite song--Haru haru.
The boys singing from their heart, the fans singing along, the lights, the song..
I got teary-eyed. :'(
When I watch this video on my phone.
I feel like I'm still in the arena listening to the boys and the fans.
Goosebumps!

The performances were non-stop, one number to another.
The boys were all energetic, enjoying themselves as usual. Their solo numbers (except for GD and TOP who sang together) were also awesome! They just proved that all of them can sing and dance, that they're talented. As a group, they're FANTASTIC, EXCEPTIONAL, SUPERB! :)))
The boys did their usual best to give the Filipino VIPs the best show.
Though the audio wasn't perfect, they still did great! For most of us, it was our first and the boys gave us one-hell-of-a-fantastic show. The fans, we, weren't doing the fan chants, we were singing along. NORAEBANG!! We sang our hearts out, jumped, danced, waved our light sticks and screamed like there's no tomorrow. It was an experience we won't ever forget! For me, it was one of the happiest days of my life. The feeling was like when I passed the board exam for Nurses. YES, that happy, proud, fulfilled! It was too good to be true, unbelievable, hard to understand and so surreal.
It was BEYOND WORDS!

Every event has to end and every concert has a last number.
But we have ENCORE you know, haha! :D
They performed Fantastic baby again, I think it's the song where the fans went really wild and crazy! Wow fantastic baby! :D

The boys said their final goodbyes, it was really sad to say goodbye to them :(
We were all saying "No, don't go", but they have to leave.
I couldn't help myself from tearing up again. It's something that you wouldn't want to end.

Please come back sooner Big Bang;
GD, TOP, Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri.
We, VIPs will be waiting for you, OUR boys.
Thank you for coming here in Manila,
and for giving us one of the best nights of our life!! <3

with Fellow VIP, ate Aileen and the newly recruited VIP, ate Lulu ; after the concert :)

To my friend Bronx,
thank you so much for everything! I couldn't think of anyone,
that I'll go cray-cray with, just YOU! I wouldn't enjoy it without you.
It wouldn't be complete! So, be sure to be with me again on the next concert, arasso? :D
I am a VIP until WHENEVER and your FRIEND FOREVER :)

That Serendra Thingy

After a long time, I was able to go out with my Exclusivo friends again. I missed them so much, it's been awhile. We went to The Fort, we all wanted to go there since summer, finally haha!

My friend, Jhoana just bought her baby Canon, so we were all excited to use it. :)) I was quite the photographer that night, haha! Sky also has her own cam, we've been using it I think since early this year, if I remember it right. It's the one I have in the picture below. :)

Thanks for this great pic Jhoana my friend :))

Sorry for this pic, I was still setting up the cam hahaha!

We were all famished, and after a long search for a place to eat, we decided to have dinner at BonChon.
I think we waited for almost 30 minutes, but it was worth it. The chicken was delicious and the kimchi coleslaw too. Loved it! :))

My friends (L-R) Ice, Marvin, Jhoana and Basha
We were all thrilled when our friend Ice decided to come and meet us. We haven't seen him for more than a year I think, so it was really great to see him again. Join us more often Icey, ayt? :))

By the way, the title of my blog is actually from my friend Marvin, he was so maarte that day. He was again late, he always wants a grand entrance. I was talking to him on the phone, asking where he is, if he's close because we were all starving. He was talking to me in English with a maarte accent, feeling rich kid (private school lang ang peg ng loka!hahaha). And during our conversation, he said "that Serenda thingy", which made us all laugh.

The love birds, Oz and Sky weren't able to eat with us, they were late too because they came from a family event. They had a take-out from BonChon and ate at Bo's Coffee Club while some of us had coffee.

As usual, we had a super duper fun night! We don't do much when we meet. Most of the time, we just chat over coffee, pig out, take pictures, goof around (nice one Basha! :P ), laugh until we cry and of course pose for the camera (good job Oz! haha :P ). That's all, but when you're really with your true friends, even simple things can be really fun and special.  ❤

(L-R) Ice, me, Oz, Sky, Basha, Jhoana took the pic and Marvin was camera shy, haha!

See you again this Saturday my friends,
excited to see Kate, Momi Yumee and baby Blair! ^___^

And for my outfit:

top: thrifted
skirt: Next Jeans
necklace and ring: La Feria De Agosto Bazaar (forgot the store name)
bracelets: Mauve (brown), Mauve (mantra)
shoes: thrifted

Toy Romance

A few nights ago, I came across this video in youtube. First, I thought it was a scene from the movie Toy Story, but when I opened the video, it's a short film about an old robot who fell in love with a beautiful doll.

Here it is. :)

So, what do you think? It's a sweet, sad love story right?
Yes, and I cried! For sure you did too, if not you were also touched by their love story.
Who wouldn't?
It's really amazing what love can do to people and what people can do for love.

Love, love love...
Where is the love? Hahahaha :D

Party on the Patio

My aunt celebrated her 80th birthday last month (late post, I know haha!) with friends and family. It was held at Patio De San Jose, a nature resort in Malilipot, Albay
There was a mass, then a program. It was hosted by my grade-schooler-nephew and high-schooler-niece, cute! :) The program was filled with good words about my aunt and fun numbers from my cousins, nephews and nieces.
After the program, dinner was served (my favorite part of the party, haha!) And of course, the picture taking :) There was a photo booth, since we're all picture addicts, we all went there, including our grandma hahaha!

Here are the pictures from the party :)

At our table, with Mama, my cousins Aiko and Mica and my bro Soh.

With Soh,  my cousins ate Joy, Aiko, Mica and Ate Lie
With Aiko, Soh and my niece Den
With my nieces Den and Janine, and Aiko. Sorry for the low quality :(
My cousins and nieces had a "photo shoot", since I was wearing purple too, they asked me to join their "feeling-model" moments, hahaha!

The band started playing after dinner, the place was filled with songs from 70s and 80s. Other guests already left, especially the old ones including our grandma, haha! It's time to parteeeeyyy!

My brother was my dancing partner for the night :)
Mama (in green) and Aiko danced together :)
Can't remember what song we were dancing to ^^
It was really fun dancing to the old songs, but my party buddies and I were waiting for the "now" songs, haha. The party was for the oldies, so NO Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Rihanna or Usher. :((

With Aiko, Soh and Mama, while waiting for our favorite party songs.

It was a fun night! It was great to spend time and party with my relatives.
See you soon my loved ones! ❤
