#BBAliveTourPH

I woke up yesterday at around 11AM to the sound of heavy rain and blowing wind.  When I look out from the balcony, the sky was dark and the streets were flooded. It was such a bed weather☂ ☁ ☂

Then I remembered, it's the opening of the ticket selling for Big Bang Alive Tour 2012 in Manila. It was announced that all SM Cinemas nationwide will start selling at 1PM. The Big Bang fans that don't want to go to the malls can visit their site instead. It was my plan to go to the mall yesterday to buy the tickets for me and my friend Bronx, but..... :))

Haha! I decided not to go. However, after a million times of trying to enter the SM ticket site, I got in! I was able to register and check the seats available. Then bam! The VIP tickets and Lower Box A tickets were sold out. Whaaaaaaattt?! In just almost 3 freakin' hours?! Oh my! I panicked and told my friend about it. We got worried that we might not get tickets for the concert. So.......

YES!! I went to SM Megamall yesterday, wearing a pair of shorts, a hoodie, and my blue slippers. Thank God the line wasn't that long, but it still took me for more than an hour to get to the counter. People took, i think 10-20 minutes at the counter choosing what seats they want. There was actually a girl, I think she's in high school or college who cried 'coz she couldn't get a VIP seat. I didn't mean to eavesdrop (hahaha!), but she said she asked the lady from the counter to cancel at least one reserved seat for her. Of course, she didn't get what she wanted. She was crying when she was telling her friend about it, a fanatic indeed! :)) Well, after the long wait... I got our tickets!!!

Since, the tickets are really expensive and we don't have that money, we're fine with General Admission. The important thing is, we'll be there. We'll hear them sing live and we'll see them too, right? Hahaha :D

It was still raining when I went home and it was really cold. But, it was worth it! :))

I am so ready for October! We are ready for you Big Bang!
I'm very excited to see my friend, Bronx and my other college friend. We will seize this moment and treasure it forever! ^________^

Pretty Little Liars

Every Wednesday night, I'm in front of my cousin's lap top (well, every night actually, haha!), watching the American television series entitled Pretty Little Liars. It is based on the popular series of novels written by Sara Shepard. Its pilot episode for the first season aired on June 8, 2010 on ABC Family. The first season has 22 episodes and the second one has 25. The third season is now on its 6th episode, airing tonight. :)

"Never trust a pretty girl with an ugly secret."
Why do I like this show? First, it falls under the mystery-thriller genre. I like the feeling of excitement or thrill that this show is giving me every time I'm watching it. It makes me jump off my seat and also it makes me use all of my brain cells to solve the mysteries in the story.

Second, it is a teen drama that tells the story of five high school girls; Aria, Hanna, Emily, Spencer and Alison. Their lives changed when their queen bee, Alison went missing. Then, they started receiving messages from a mysterious figure using the name "A", who threatens to expose their secrets. At first, they thought it was Alison, but after she was found dead, they know someone else knows their secrets-- secrets that only the five of them know. The story follows these four girls as they deal with the disappearance and death of their best friend, along with their personal problems or issues.

"Don't get ugly. Get even."
This show doesn't just make me scream or hold my breath, but it makes me fall in love as well. Of course, the girls have their own love lines that makes the show more interesting and fun to watch. There are also family issues in the show that everyone can relate to. It also shows how far you can go for your friends and loved ones.

The music used on the show is also very good. My favorite is the opening song, it's called Secrets by The Pierces. I get excited or thrilled whenever I hear this song. I also love the places where they shoot the scenes; the school where the girls go, their houses, the coffee shops, the party venues, even the cemetery, haha! The production and special effects are also commendable. There are quotable quotes in every episode too. My favorite is Aria's;"Don't look at me! I'm ready to hang a sign: 'Bitch can see!'" This is epic! I laughed so hard when Aria said this. The way she delivered it made the line super funny. :D

What I love most in Pretty Little Liars is none other than the characters. All of the characters are very good, they portray their roles well. They're very convincing. You will love and hate them at the same time. The four main characters; Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer are very much loved by the viewers. They have different personalities that anyone can relate to. Their strengths and weaknesses are highlighted in the story, because the mysterious "A" uses them against these girls and the people around them. One more thing that excites me when I watch this show, is the girls' outfits. I look forward to their clothes, hairstyles, accessories, shoes, make up and even their nail color, haha! I love these girls! ❤ Who is my favorite among these liars? Hmm, I can't pick one. No! I love all of them! ^ ^

Now, the show is on its third season. The 6th episode entitled The Remains of the "A" will be aired tonight (I can't wait!). The show is getting more exciting, interesting and fun, because the characters are bringing their own game.

You can watch the episodes from the 1st to the current season on TV-Links. (I recommend the external link from allmyvideos.net.^ ^)

I think, I said enough, haha! Now you know why I like this show so much. I hope you will check out the episodes and start watching this show. For sure, you'll get hooked!

"Got a secret, can you keep it?"

Fantastic Baby!!

Yes, Big Bang is coming to the Philippines! They have a concert and it's on the 24th of October at the MOA Arena. It's part of their Alive Tour

My friends and I have been waiting for the ticket prices and seat plan for weeks! I almost got tired of waiting actually, haha! (impatient?) But tonight, about an hour ago, it finally came out (minus the seat plan though). The ticket prices are out, yay! They'll post the seat plan very soon. :D

I wasn't a VIP (Big Bang fanclub) until Big Bang's comeback last February, this year. Well, I've heard a lot about them from my Korean students; that they're totally different from the famous boy group Super Junior (that I like too, haha!), that they came from the same agency as the very famous 2NE1 (I'm a fan too) and that they are their male version. I've watched from a TV show in a Korean channel how they were trained and how they started their career as a group. They're very talented especially their leader G-Dragon. They have a different sound, they got attitude and swag. I like their style! I've been listening to their songs and I'm in love with them. No wonder, they're one of the most popular Korean boy group around the world.

Big Bang is coming! How's that? Wow Fantastic baby!! I don't have that money, but I'm sure that I'll be there on that fantastic night (with my friend Bronx, a fellow VIP from Legazpi), cheering for these boys, doing fan chants, and screaming as loud as I can. I'll be there 'coz I'm ALIVE!

True Greatness?

Yesterday, my cousin was craving for McDonald's so she dialed 8-Mcdo for a yummy merienda. She ordered the McChicken value meal. Since I've been hearing and reading a lot about this Big N' Tasty,  I decided to try it. I'm not into soft drinks these days, so I just ordered ala carte.

A couple of minutes later, the delivery boy knocked on our door and bam! :) The "true greatness" arrived!

It costs Php 120 for ala carte, Php 145 for small meal and Php 165 for large meal.

It has 100% beef patty, juicy tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions, ketchup and mayonnaise dressing on a toasted sesame seed bun. Yes, it was BIG but not that TASTY. I want more veggies! haha :D I read from an article that this was designed to compete with Burger King Whopper sandwich. Well, for me, I'd still go for the whopper sandwich. I'm a fan! It's tastier and has more veggies. :))

Well, the experience was good. I will try it again, but I hope I'll feel its true greatness next time (more veggies?hahaha!). ◕‿◕

Blog-lovin' ❤

Four diaries. I had them when I was younger. I loved writing my thoughts, feelings and experiences back then, but I got tired of it. However, I've been reading blogs recently and my friends inspired me to make my own, so here's my first post. :)

What fun can it be? Well, i'll find out as I explore my skills in writing (hahaha!) and put it all out here. Join me as I share anything, as in anything under the sun. :)

Hi, I'm Yanshi! Welcome to my little world of blog-lovin'!
